Birthday Celebration With My Loving Family ( Momimhar posted on January 27th, 2016 )

Oh yay! It’s my 40th birthday.  I celebrated my birthday in Oklahoma.  My dear husband was very kind to let me have some recreation there. Then he and DD came to see me to have lunch with me and have some cake.  They also brought balloons and greeting cards for me. So sweet.  After that he and DD went to see Kung Fu Panda 3 at the cinema at The District Recreation. It was really fun.

Man, I am 40 years old.  How’s my life going?  Can’t complain. I am blessed with a loving family and a happy life right now.  There are so many things that I am thankful for and one of them is my 40th birthday.  🙂

Figurines for Any Occasion

For easy browsing, if you are searching for a particular tiny sculpture to give as a gift, figurines are conveniently separated into categories according to occasion. Wedding and anniversary, friendship and family are some just some of the groups along with nativity and love. In the wedding and anniversary section, for example, you’ll find beautiful characters in a couple slow dancing, sitting together and expressing their love for each other through a simple touch of their hands. The love category includes more couples expressing their devotion to each other as well as a mother holding her newborn and a granddaughter lovingly embracing her grandmother.

Figurines for Decorating

Thanks to their poetic demeanor, you may very well end up purchasing an occasion figurine for your home along with others to give as gifts, but remember, there’s more sections to browse. Divided by figurine type, search through the floral, angels and baby categories. The floral sub-category consists of girls, women and angels posing with different flower bouquets, and the baby division includes babies alone and with their parents. Possibly the most popular and extensive figurines are the angels. The angels are posed by themselves in celebration, hopefulness and gratitude, and they are also posed with newborns that articulate friendship, comfort and affection.

Figurines for Expression

Figurines double as beautiful gifts and decorative pieces. Additionally, they’re wonderful for expression. In the expressions category, you will find a myriad of characters in a myriad of poses. Spirited, joyful and thoughtful children sit, kneel and embrace their legs while young women and men express knowledge, heroism and giving. A toddler boldly stands radiating hope while another beams happiness. For the birthday girl or boy, birthday figurines are available and to celebrate the new year, there is a woman statuette holding the year as an ornament.

Figurines are the kinds of gifts and decorative pieces that are perfect for expressing a particular emotion and because of this, they are meaningful.

Summer Is Not Over Yet ( Momimhar posted on October 11th, 2015 )

Beautiful day to be out in the backyard playing in the pool.

Beautiful day to be out in the backyard playing in the pool.

Although October is here but it’s a hot weekend here in Texas.  Summer is not over yet for us here.  That’s good I guess because my darling daughter enjoys the outdoors so much.  One weekend she asked me if she can play in her pool in the backyard.  Of course, she had to bring all her bath toys out with her.  🙂 After I filled up the pink pool I bought from Walmart for $8.00 last year, I sprayed some sunscreen all over DD.  I used Banana Boat Baby Sunscreen Spray on her because it’s non-sticky and non-greasy.

And just look at that little girl.  She asked for her Scoobydoo umbrella after a while. Ah, toddlers.  😀
