Hello there! How’s everyone doing these days? I hope y’all are doing well and enjoying the Summer Break so far.
My family and I are doing great. We are keeping each other grounded and staying healthy. My dear husband works at home full-time now. That’s good news. Yay! That’s what he wanted. My darling daughter finished the Basketball Winter-Spring Season. She had a great time playing the sport. This is the second sport she tried since First Grade. I wonder what sport she would like to try next school year.
Here are some photos taken from the games against other school districts.

It was a great soccer season for us. For a first-time soccer player, our darling daughter had a fun season. She enjoyed the practices as well as the games itself. She met new friends and had a good understanding about how to be in a team and playing for a team.
Introducing young kids to team sports and letting them play is very essential to children’s development. Being able to work with teammates gives them a good understanding of how important teamwork is. Following instructions and game rules also allows them to build strong judgement.
We registered DD at YMCA for soccer two years ago. She wants to join a new team sport this time, so we didn’t register her last Fall.
