Niece and nephews will be having their first periodical examinations in school next month. My sister and my sister-in-law are getting busy in preparing their kids to review the lessons. I can say that my niece and nephews study hard but there is some topics that they needed more understanding and comprehension. Math, for example, is difficult. Some kids comprehend very quickly. Others don’t. And some are in average skills – where I believe my bright bundles belong.
I talked to my sister about hiring a tutor for her kids. Of course, the tutorial fee will add to their family’s monthly expenses. But I thing it’ll help the kids well. My sister and her husband haven’t came up to a decision yet. They are still working on stretching their budget.
I would really like to have a tutor for my niece and nephews to help them on their assignments and reviews. It is a great advantage having a tutor teaching kids more on the subject matter and catching up missed lessons. I wish I am there to help them with their assignments or lessons. I say, I worked as a tutor as a sideline job when I was single. My niece and nephews were little at that time.
Gladly, the kids are really enthusiastic. They enjoy school and participates in class activities and discussions. Also, the important thing is that, they get high grades in quizzes and tests. Hopefully, they’ll do great this year too.
veryone needs a little extra help in one subject or another during their years at school. I needed one in French–and yes, I had a tudor for that!
Yea, maybe at least for a year.
We need to give kids all the help they can get to succeed
Sometimes a tutor is what a child needs to get a certain subject to click in their head
I would definitely agree with hiring a tutor especially for those kids who had hard times dealing with the subjects. I think tutoring can able the kids to understand better due to its one on one advantage.
I think a tutor could help if needed but I don’t think it’s always necessary. If your children are struggling then it’s worth looking into.
We had a tutor for my oldest son when he was struggling in math, it was the best thing ever for him.
I would if I have extra money. Tutors can be costly. If your nephews and nieces gets good grades I don’t think they still need tutors 🙂
son has never needed a tutor so i’ve been lucky
Tutors are always handy especially when the parents’ hands are full already. I had a tutor before when I was in Kindergarten, and it did help me.
I am sure, it has. It is just a matter of – are you willing to pay the soaring-high fees?
Yup, the tutor fees are high right now, too.
If they have the budget, they should hire a tutor. I believe that kids will learn more when they have a personal tutor.
For my stances, tutor is a great help for each kids who go to school, that helps them be more studious and build their confidence in studying.
I don’t know if I would consider hiding a tutor… if ossible we want to teach or help him ourselves.
I was thinking about it too, sis.
Moms can be great tutors to their kids but not all can do it due to job and other stuff so hiring one is a great alternative.
Tutors are definitely a great way to give your kids a boost when they need it most. Kids tend to pay attention to others better than their parents and tutors fill that gap great!
Hi Kelly, you are right. They they can focus well, I think.
Well, I suppose if you can afford to have your kid’s personal tutor then I am sure it would be wonderful. That way your kid gets to have one on one time and no other distraction or something.
Yea, the tutor idea is good. But like what you said, if I can afford. 🙂
