Soapbox Argan Oil Shampoo and Argan Oil Conditioner

One of the most important responsibilities we should take is being responsible for our own wellness.  That includes taking care of our health and body including our hair.  As you know, dull unmanageable hair can be very depressing.  Before pregnancy, my jet black hair was smooth and shiny.  I guess most of the nutrients I got from food went to my hair that time.  But when I was pregnant and after delivery, my hair suddenly lost its ‘life’.

I try hair care periodically to see which ones will create a better result. I am open to suggestions, though.  Anyway, this is very exciting that Influenster gave me this opportunity to try Soapbox hair care.  After using these for days, I can say that I feel something good in my hair.  Softness and volume is now in the works.

The Soapbox Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner look creamy and lather pretty good on my hair.  They have a mild scent, too, which I really like because strong fragrance in shampoos and conditioners sometimes are harsh on the hair.

Ready for a sudsy selfie.

I’ll be ready for a sudsy selfie.

YMCA Whitehouse Glow Run Fun Run ( Momimhar posted on April 26th, 2015 )

My family and I had a great weekend visiting our folks in Tyler.  Dad and my dear husband did some homemade fried chicken.  Mom made macaroni salad, deviled eggs, and Dr. Pepper Chocolate Cake.  Brother-in-law G came, too.  He joined the YMCA Glow Run together with our niece S in Whitehouse, Texas.

After dinner, Mom, G, darling daughter, and I head over to SIL’s house.  From there, we drove all together to the YMCA location in Whitehouse for G and niece’s registration for the fun run.  There is face painting using washable neon paints.  We accompanied DD and her cousins there for painting.  The participants received goodies – glow sticks, first aid stuff (band-aid,

Washable neon paints.

What fascinated my daughter the most was the Glow Photo Room. Her shirt glowed and even the neon paints, too.  It was cool.  She didn’t want to get out of the room. 🙂  We walked out of the room when it was time for the runners to go to the starting point outside the building.

Ready to run.

Ready to run.

My daughter said she wanted to run, too.  Although we can, we weren’t prepared for the fun run event.  Hopefully next year we will be joining.  This is the first time I witnessed a fun run.  I bet DD will enjoy and have fun as her cousin S and Uncle G did.

The Glow Run didn’t start until 9:00 P.M.  It was a 3-mile run.  It took about 45 minutes for the last runner to get to the finish line.  I noticed that the very first person to get to the finish had it for 11 something minutes.  G and niece S made finished at 38 point something minutes.

Look Your Best On Your Wedding Day ( Momimhar posted on April 16th, 2015 )

What a great week.  I am back to my part time job as an after-school babysitter.  My friend came back to work this month after three months of leave.  Isn’t that awesome?  To have a leave that long is very relaxing I think.  So I didn’t have work for three months, too. I just stayed home with my little girl and tried my best to do some organization in the house.  It wasn’t very successful actually. Not much done…I don’t know. The days passed by so quickly that before I knew, it’s April already.

Anyway, it’s my wedding anniversary month.  My husband and I went on a weekend getaway to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary.  It didn’t seem that long to me.  I still remember my wedding day.  It was a chilly day. 🙂  I was wearing a halter wedding gown and it was half open in the back so I was shivering during the ceremony.  If I had an idea how cool the weather in Spring season would be here in the US, I should have bought a long sleeved wedding gown like this.

Weddings are one of the most important occasion in a woman’s life.  Getting married is a big decision, too.  You have to be 100% certain with your decision to marry the ideal person for you.  Planning a wedding is stressful and the bride has a big part in all of this.  Most importantly, she has to decide what to wear on her wedding day.  There are lots of selection at chiffon wedding dresses uk.  The wedding dresses are very elegant in designs and look so lovely.

My wedding gown did not cost a lot of money.  And you don’t have to spend much on your wedding attire also. You can find cheap wedding dresses uk or wherever you want to buy your wedding clothes.  No need to stress out.  Make your big day  memorable.
