Last week, the high school conducted the yearly Meet the Braves event. This event is the unofficial kickoff of the Fall season sports. We have three football and volleyball teams this school year: Freshmen, JV, and Varsity. Our cheer teams have two this year: JV and Varsity. The Cross Country team is ready; the first meet is in a few days.
And guess what’s new? Our school was approved for Air Force JROTC. The district applied for this program two years and we’re so excited that we already have this in our school.
Darling daughter was looking forward to this and she’s so excited to be in the program. At Meet the Braves, she was one of the Color Guards.
