The very first time I heard this song on the radio when I was a kid I knew that this is gonna be my happy song. 😉 Feeling nostalgic here. Listen / watch it below and let’s reminisce our childhood memories. 🙂

We Love The Bookstore! ( Momimhar posted on June 3rd, 2020 )
We went book shopping yesterday at Barnes & Noble. Darling daughter is almost finished reading the Wings of Fire series Book #11 so we went to look for Book #12. Gladly she found it in this aisle. The bookstore is in the process of rearranging the book shelves in the children’s section. No more tables and chairs at the story time area. I guess it is to avoid group gathering during shopping hours. Also, there’s no story time at the moment due to this pandemic.
We enjoy book shopping and we love the bookstore. Just looking around looking at books is a therapy.

Summer Break This Year Means More Time To Spend With Your Family ( Momimhar posted on June 3rd, 2020 )
It is Summer Break my dear friends! I know each one of you is excited to go on vacation and family visits. But with this COVID-19 pandemic still going on, how can we do that? Though some states in the country are starting to re-open slowly, we still need to observe social distancing and wear face masks. Going out for some outdoor fun in groups is not quite safe, staying home is still recommended.
Summer vacation is one of my favorite times of the year. This is when I don’t have to wake up very early in the morning on weekdays. 😀 I get to sleep late in the mornings and I like it a lot. My darling daughter does the same. We wake up at around 10:00 o’clock in the morning (the latest) when the school is out. Workshops and summer camp schedule is in the afternoon so our day is not in a rush. We just start slow and enjoy the day.
Besides outdoor games and my daughter’s summer camp, my family and I play video games at home. This is one of the fun games my daughter and I do on weekends. Sometimes my dear husband joins us to play, too. Three years ago he bought a Super Mario Kart 8 video game for his daughter three as a Christmas present. We have been enjoying the game on the Wii U from then on.
There are lots of interesting age-appropriate video games. And if you are shopping for games for the family, Rakuten store has gaming consoles and games for all ages and game system types. I am thinking of getting the Animal Crossing game sometime soon. With its good reviews online, I think my darling daughter will like it. It looks fun.
