This holiday season, try adding a few new healthy activities to your annual traditions. Stay active with these simple ideas, which can be even more fun by involving the whole family:
- Take the family to a tree farm and cut down your own holiday tree. Everyone can take part, from choosing, cutting, carrying and decorating.
- Enjoy time with the littlest family members by collecting pine cones for a family art project.
- Spend a special moment with a loved one with a cozy walk in the snow and some hot chocolate to go.
- Spread some holiday cheer and bake a large batch of cookies for your favorite local charity.
Play together in this most wonderful (and active) time of the year.

Like children, I love parties too! I feel happy when family and friends invite me to their parties. It is fun. I have the chance to mingle with other people. Though I am not a totally sociable person, I enjoy interacting with others. Friends can also count a helping hand from me. If they need help preparing a party, I can help them with the decoration.
I know where to buy cheap party supplies. Because I do not like spending too much with party decors and stuff, I go to the store that offers very reasonable prices on balloons, party favors, banners, noisemakers, and disposables. Free shipping is a plus too.
Organizing a party will become easy if you know where to go for party decor and supplies. One thing to remember is that, always stay within the budget. There are lots of nice and irresistible things out there. Always go for good buys. To me, it does not matter if you do not spend much for the decor. It is how you make the guests feel at your party.
