Babies Are Winners! ( Momimhar posted on November 6th, 2011 )

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Puppies vs. Babies for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I am a happy mother and a content wife. I adore my family so much. My daughter is a darling and my husband is a sweetheart. One of the things I am thankful for is the blessing of family. My heart is filled with joy and love because God has given me the family I was praying for. My little angel is our inspiration. She makes our days very special. I love her so much!

My parents-in-law (PIL) love her too. We visit them very often. But there is one who does not like to be friends with my baby. Their little doggie. Though I used to adore dogs and puppies, I am having a hard time dealing with the thought that my PIL's puppy does not like my baby. She is adorable, but I would like her to be nice to my baby girl too.

My beautiful daughter. The situation is like choosing between Puppies vs. Babies online contest. You have to vote for which is the cutest, the babies or the puppies. I definitely vote for the babies. Besides being cute and lovable, their way of bonding to us emotionally is enchanting. If have to join my baby girl in the Puppies vs. Babies contest, I will say she has the potential of winning. My daughter's developing personality is amazing. She is growing pretty and smart everyday.

How about you? Click on Puppies vs. Babies contest and vote for your favorite. Let me know who you voted for please.

How NMEDA Helps You Care For A Disabled Loved One ( Momimhar posted on September 19th, 2011 )

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of NMEDA for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I know that a person who is being a sole responsible with their family’s needs is not easy. A breadwinner and a caregiver at the same time is a big responsibility. If there is a family member who is disabled or an elderly whose mobility is limited, he or she needs a lot of help and understanding from the rest. Strong family ties really help in maintaining each family values. Lending a helping hand to a family in need does not only uplifts one’s moral values but also guides each other to help one another. We know that disabled people sometimes become unconfident and unpredictable especially if they cannot go to places that they want to enjoy. How will you manage to help so they can be mobile without too much of a hassle? The answer is NMEDA or National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association.

Other people may not know about NMEDA but let me explain what and how a NMEDA dealer can help the elderly or disabled get back onto the road of independence. It is a non-profit trade association; they educate consumers on buying products from a NMEDA qualified dealer. If you are looking for a mobility equipment, locate the NMEDA qualified dealers who sell handicap vans and vehicle modifications for disabled people.

The first thing you need to know before buying a mobility equipment for your loved one is the national accreditation program for the Adaptive Mobility Equipment Industry. Here the Quality Assurance Program of NMEDA ensures that all handicap vehicles and equipment are nationally accredited. A qualified NMEDA dealer to assist you in giving the right modified vehicle and equipment. They will provide you full information on the proper operation of the vehicle or equipment.

This is the best thing you can do to provide your disabled loved one to gain his or her confidence and independence back. With this idea, caring for him/her would be easier for you too. I found a NMEDA qualified dealer close to where I live in Fort Worth. Find one near you by entering www.nmeda.org, hit the Locate A Dealer button and enter ZIP Code. Leave me a comment here letting me know your closest qualified dealer.

A Dream Will Come True ( Momimhar posted on September 19th, 2011 )

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPromise for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Parents want nothing but something good for their children. Every parent wants their children to grow healthy, smart, and become a good successful individual. Everyone has a different style and set of priorities when it comes to raising children. From the moment a child is born, the parents even, somehow, have thought of his future and saved for it.

I, as a parent, have my own priorities with my little girl. She is our pride and joy. I want her to become successful someday. Finishing her college education is a going to be a huge achievement for her. So as early as now, my husband and I are saving for her education. In addition, I am wishing for good luck because I joined Upromise’s Share Your Dream contest. Upromise is celebrating their 10th Anniversary. And as part of celebrating the big milestone, they are giving away a total of $20,000 to the lucky winners of the contest.

The most valuable dream I have for my daughter is for her to finish college. I believe that knowledge is the only thing cannot be taken away. Wherever you go, education is your best weapon. That is why I am hoping to win the contest so the winnings will be added to my daughter’s education funds.

You can also join the Upromise Share Your Dream contest. Go to www.upromisetodream.com and write about your dream for your child. And as a member, you are able to vote on your favorite story by “liking” it. But you also have to encourage others to like yours too. See dream wall official rules for more details about the contest. Good luck!
