Having a child changes your life forever. There are things in your life that you have to give up and sacrifice. Most of your attention is on the baby. Your relationship with your family (particularly with your husband) and friends will be affected a little.
I dreamed of having my own family. And it came true. I thought I will end up living like an old maid because I did not have a boyfriend for a long time. And when my husband came into my life, I knew he’s the one for me. I asked God to give me the right man who will be my better half. Yeah, I am stuck. 🙂
Now, I am enjoying every moment with my little one. Though there are moments I feel the blues (still in postpartum), a sweet smile from my baby takes them away.
