We always enjoy having company and shooting fireworks on 4th of July Independence Day celebration. We are not great at hosting parties but we make sure we have lots of food to accommodate our guests.
Here is our simple menu:
Beef brisket
Pancit (rice noodles)
Smoked red snapper
Potato salad
Smoked hotdogs for kids
Tomatoes and cucumbers salad
Our friends also brought some delicious food and desserts to share.
Since we do not have a big dining area, we bought a couple of tables and chairs from Walmart. I bought two long blue rectangular table covers to cover the tables. Adding patriotic banners around each table made it look pretty neat.
Then around 9:00 P.M., we started shooting fireworks until 11:00 P.M.
