No more jet lag. Our sleeping time is back to normal and getting up in the morning same time as before – 10 A.M. Well, my little girl goes to bed some time between 10 and 11 in the evening. So she still gets 12 hours of sleep. She wasn’t fussy but the kind of fit she started throwing back home gets in once in a while.
Our jet lag from this recent vacation was terrible. It took us almost three weeks to get our hours back. I was worried because when my daughter and I go to sleep in the afternoon, she gets up at 3 A.M. the next day that makes her skip dinner. What my husband said that skipping an afternoon nap might help with getting our hours back. We tried it for a few days and it was a success. So tomorrow, we’ll be visiting the grandparents because they miss the little one very much. They are anxious to see her after our month-long vacation in the Philippines. We are ready for an out-of-town traveling. Tomorrow is the family’s first weekend getaway for the new year.
I am thankful that we had a wonderful vacation and got home safely. Our body clock is back to normal. Back to reality. 🙂 New year new opportunities. And new adventures for my darling daughter and the whole family. 🙂
