Ready To Become A Parent ( Momimhar posted on January 31st, 2013 )

Mom…I am a mom.  Whenever my darling daughter calls me “Mommy!”,  I feel very proud.  Despite of some frustrating, stressful, and tiresome situations,  it is a rewarding feeling when my daughter gives me a kisses and hugs with sweet smiles.

Every day is a challenge to my motherhood.  I have to set priorities when it comes to household obligations.  When I found out that I was pregnant two years ago, I said to myself I can do this.  I was ready to become a parent.  My heart was filled with joy knowing that I am expecting.  Yet I was worried thinking will I have a successful delivery.  But prayers and strong support system were the best motivation for me.  Thought I have gone through pregnancy complications, my mind was focused on having the baby healthy.  Both of us.

Now my darling daughter is growing fast everyday.  I am very thankful that I was blessed with a healthy smart child.  She is my sunshine.  As her personality develops every single day, I do my best to become a good mother to her.  Being a stay-at-home mom gives me the opportunity to take care of my child closely and spend time learning together.  I am not ready for her to be in school yet.  As much as possible, I will enjoy her toddler stage.  My husband and I are so proud of our darling daughter.  She is our little sweetheart…our big bright bundle of joy.

Mommy’s Birthday Treats ( Momimhar posted on January 31st, 2013 )

It was my birthday yesterday and look who’s anxious to eat my birthday cupcakes. 🙂  My husband brought a bouquet of red roses with greeting card.  And he bought four cupcakes, too.  As soon as he put my presents on the dining table our darling daughter climb up the chair and said “Looks yummy, mommy!”

I was touched with the message in the greeting card.  It really feels good to know that my family appreciates me as a person and as a mother.  As days get busier and more stressful, I am doing my best to keep up with everything.

Anxious to eat my birthday cake. 🙂

You think I got a treat on my birthday?  Well, I already received the present in advance with regards to relaxation – vacation.  My husband’s parents gave me a very soft and comfy jacket and a silver bracelet.  I am very lucky to have such a thoughtful parents-in-law and a very loving husband.  My darling daughter is so sweet that she has been greeting me a happy birthday for days.  🙂 I love them so much!

I have a new jacket and I won’t be looking for one for now.  It’s just the right fit and the right style that I was looking for.  The bracelet is so unique that makes it really cute.  Thanks Mom and Dad!

Awww…this mom loves treats, too!

Mommy’s Winter Outfit ( Momimhar posted on January 31st, 2013 )

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of No nonsense for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

As a mother of a two-year old girl, I can say that I am very busy at home.  I rarely go out by myself because I always take my toddler with me wherever I go–to the mall, grocery store, and even to doctor’s appointments.  Going out and about in the summer is fine with me.  But in the winter when it’s freezing cold outside, we only go to the grocery store and play area on weekends.

Though how busy I am as a mother, I always try my best to look good especially that I am not getting any younger.  Besides indoor exercise to keep my body fit, I like being able to look presentable not only to my family but also to the public.  My style in fashion is not as appealing as those who are on television but I can share my own selection of winter wardrobe for me.

As you can see that I have a red leggings in the photo.  That’s my No nonsense tights and leggings.  It is very comfortable that I can always wear any time at home or outdoors.  Besides being likely affordable, the leggings are made with quality fabric.  No nonsense tights/leggings can be easily found at food & drug stores as well as mass retail stores. If you’d like to see more of the clothing, follow No nonsense on Facebook.  And stay updated on deals and promos on Twitter @benononsense.

I am very impressed with the outfit I created.  I am in love with the coats and the jewelry.  I got my outfit inspiration from the Emmy Award-winning TV personality and co-author of the New York Times bestselling style guide “I Have Nothing to Wear!”, Jill Martin whose contribution in fashion is on trend.  I like her because she looks gorgeous on everything she wears.  I admire her taste on clothing.
