Honestly my house right now needs lots of updating. I say updating because some of the furnishings are old and out of style. My mother-in-law is willing to help me with the decorating process. Hopefully, when we get back from our vacation next year, we can start decorating the living and dining room first.

If you don't have a separate room of the house you can devote to a home theater, make your living room transformable. Lined curtains are the first key. To avoid glare, use panels you can slide closed. Seating is also a key element in this space. For TV viewing that’s comfortable for the whole family with plenty of room to spread out, a sectional is the perfect choice.

I used to get inspirations on house decorating and lifestyle magazines, from furniture, curtains and accessories, I always wished I can transform my home into one like them. 🙂
I need some “updating” to my living room too. There’s too much clutter like furniture that are not really needed. I am kind of liking this idea of fashion-forward family room.
you are not alone 😀 we don’t live in a house, we live in an apartment and still we have a lot of updating things to do but budget is tight so we had to put it on hold.
Oh boy they are just pretty if my living room is like that I will always seat there hehehhe. I like my front room to be transformed…
I also want a home theater but I don’t have a den. I, too, want to redecorate my home but I have to save up first.
My favorite part of the house is living room too.I want a ventilated family room.When I go to the mall,I observed the set up of their living room.I wanna get some technique in designing the living room.
looks like a nice family room but with the limited space we have, i don’t think we can have a family room, since the living room serve as double purpose.
