Big Day Tomorrow ( Momimhar posted on December 9th, 2011 )

Tomorrow is the big day!  We are having a party for my little darling’s 1st birthday.  The party decorations were already taken care of with the help of my cousin.  The menu was finalized and the cake was ordered, ready for pick-up tomorrow morning.  I asked a friend to help me cook this evening for tomorrow’s food.  My husband made a brisket for the American guests.  The hotdogs for the kids will be prepared and the easiest dish will be cooked tomorrow.

This will be the first time I will host a party.  My husband and I are both unfamiliar with how parties are handled.  I admit that I experienced a little pressure from him the last few days.  It is understandable though because he is kind of nervous.  I thought it would be nice to be relaxed and think that all of these are for baby.  And that motivated me to stay unaffected with the pressure.  Although my husband and I had a small conflict planning for this party, I believe everything will be all right.

A Clean Home For Baby ( Momimhar posted on December 9th, 2011 )

I have a now-toddler baby girl.  She is everywhere and messy sometimes.   She takes inventory of her toys all the time.  Taking them out of the toy box in her bedroom to play with in the living room is her daily routine.  I even chase her when it is time for diaper change.

Feeding is quite difficult now.  Because my baby can walk already, she likes eating her snacks in mobility.  Sometimes she spills water on the carpet.  That’s what makes me worried because I do not want her to play on a wet carpet.  There might be a bug or something stuck in the wet spot.  With the help of http://www.thesteamteam.com/, cleaning the carpet is not a pain at all.  We did not have a hard time finding a local carpet cleaners austin service office in our area.

I love seeing my daughter play happily in the house.  And knowing that she is safe from harmful germs and other bugs at home, makes me feel secure too.
